This edition of Monthly Movies is a joint between February and March because of three reasons
I’ll be selecting the ones that stand out most to me and give my opinions/comments on them. Also, two posts today because Isabelle’s surprise birthday party was yesterday and I have pictures ^0^
Dallas Buyers Club
During awards season I try to attempt to watch the most nominated movies, and with 12 Years, this was one of them. It follows a man that’s been diagnosed with AIDS and has been told that he has 30 days to live. Refusing to believe this, he researches HIV and searches for a way to prolong his life. I found the story really interesting as it’s not a topic that is often discussed in movies. One of the main factors that really stood out to me was the characters, especially Jared Leto’s of the transexual, Rayon. Jared’s performance was like, amazing. I didn’t recognise him at first because his appearance and I’m not sure how you say it, but the way that he presented Rayon was drastically different. Rayon was my favourite character as she was pretty loveable and lightened the mood a little bit. Also, I have to hand it to Matthew McConaughey for losing so much weight for this role. It’s actually scary to see how spidery and skeletal he looks throughout the movie. Overall, it was really interesting to watch and something new and different that I’ve never seen before. Personally, I thought it was better than 12 Years A Slave but I doubt that it will win Best Picture.
The Wolf Of Wall Street
I have no words for this movie. It was so weird but in the best way possible. Excluding the very many explicit scenes in the film, it had me laughing the whole way through. Seriously, best movie ever.
The Lego Movie
Sooooo many people on the internet had raved about this movie being so good, and not just for kids, and it’s about Legos so I had to go check it out. Without a doubt, one of the best animations I’ve seen. The way that each Lego piece was created was amazing to watch (my favourite scenes were when things exploded into tinier pieces!) and my god, so many colours. It’s like a continuous exploding rainbow for your eyes. The jokes were pretty funny and it was entertaining to recognise all the famous celebrity voices throughout.
Not gonna lie, I liked this movie. The idea behind it is such a good one - once every year, anything is legal for 12 whole hours, even murder. I thought that they had tried to fit in too many plot twists towards the end in the attempt to keep the audience surprised and on their feet but I thought it was too confusing and all of it was packed into about 15 minutes. Other than that, I quite liked it and I’m pretty excited for the sequel which I hope focuses more on what happens on the streets rather than focused on one family.
No one can stop me from singing those songs every day of my life. Disney did quite well with this one. The style of animation was very similar to Tangled, my favourite Disney movie so I was very pleased while watching. The characters were interesting, the songs are the BEST and it was just all round a very good movie. One pet peeve though - can everything be fixed without the power of love please? I had enough of that in Harry Potter. That one fact and a few other minors is why Frozen is still second best to Tangled, but I still loved it ^-^
Alrighty, that’s all for now! See you in a month c:
Loewy’s a pretty famous restaurant and it has such an nice atmosphere. I recently went there for dinner with Shirley and our mums and I took some photos!
It may not be a secret anymore, but there’s a project myself and some people have been working on. It’s a student run magazine called The Coconut.
Our group’s been working, writing articles and organising ourselves for a few months now and it seems like it’s coming together really well. I’m actually so proud of our team for coming this far and being able to establish everything that we’ve done and that we have a lot of support.
Yeah, that’s all I really wanted to say and I’m super excited for the actual issue to come out!
This year’s was extremely stressful what with Year 10’s end of year exams and then mock exams not 4 months later. I’d like to think that I accomplished a lot this year but that wouldn’t really be true. Besides getting through Year 10 and moving onto Year 11 I basically ended up watching a ton of movies, and making the occasional video and blog post here and there. Despite my lack of productivity, this year’s been good. I was able to establish a small, but well rounded friendship group and we’ve become really close throughout this year. They’ve made this year fun and enjoyable so I want to thank them. I also want to thank anyone who’s been reading my blog because you make me happy. Even if there aren’t too many of you, you guys help me persevere and drive me to write more posts (even though I sometimes slack off a bit). Anyways, thank you for a great year!
I’ve updated my blog a lot in the past two days so scroll down for holiday pictures, a post about New Year’s and December’s monthly movies post.
It’s 2014! This NYE, we celebrated the old fashioned way - with fireworks and sparklers, and horses.
BEST photos of my mum I’ve ever seen
And now for the fun part - long exposure sparkler shots
Lighting lanterns and setting them free, just like in Tangled!
Our lanterns were less successful than those in Tangled and when they failed, we warmed our hands by the flame.. on the ground.
I hope you all had a wonderful New Year’s [Eve] and that 2014 is great for you!
P.S. Sorry that my blog’s been so picture heavy recently, but then again, when isn’t it?
Oh gosh, we’ve reached the final Monthly Movies post for 2013! (and I’ve posted this in 2014, sorry I’m late to the party)
I think I was supposed to watch Christmas movies this month but there only seems to be one in the bunch. Anyways, let’s get on with it.
My sister recommended that I watch this. I actually like chick flicks and this one did not disappoint. It kind of reminded me of ‘Valentine’s Day’ with a cast that was full of famous celebrities. This movie just made me happy and put me in a Christmas-y mood, so yay!
Isabelle told me this movie was bad so I wasn’t expecting much, but now that I’ve seen it, I have to disagree. I thought the story was interesting (I always like kidnapping stories and how they end up finding the missing person) and it wasn’t too cliche. The movie was a little bit slow but it was extremely tense especially during the torture scene. So yeah, I recommend this one c:
The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug
The Hobbit movies so far haven’t really impressed me that much. Both of them have been pretty slow and I don’t feel the need for 3 movies. I understand that they’re trying to string it out and make as much money as possible, but it’s a waste of time and money. Although, what I did like about the movie was the landscape and sets. They’re always eye capturing and fun to look at. One thing that disappointed me in DoS was the use of a GoPro camera during the barrel scene? Like, what the hell? You’d think that a movie with a million dollar budget would be able to create a short water scene with CGI. Other than that, I quite liked it, but I wouldn’t go and watch it a second time.
I’ve seen The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises but not the original Batman Begins (for some reason idk). After watching it though, I’ve fallen in love with Batman again. I mean, after watching TDK, I had an almost obsession with Batman, and now it’s back. My love for Christian Bale is endless which made this movie for me. No complaints from me (for once)
I believe this is the third or fourth Scorsese movie that I’ve watched, after Goodfellas, which I loved. I have a thing for gangster movies. But yeah, Scorsese’s famous for being an amazing director so I’m trying to watch more of his movies. The Departed is on the IMDb’s Top 250 I think so it was next on my list. I really like this movie. I thought it was a bit long and started off a little bit slow, but the plot is really interesting. I believe that it’s been done before (2 undercover spies, each working for the other’s opposition). The performances by DiCaprio and Damon were really good, I loved their characters. I also have a thing for DiCaprio. So yeah, I thought it was a really good movie overall.
This movie was just about drugs really. I’ve seen the title float around some of Reddit’s ‘top movie’ threads and finally decided to check it out. I don’t understand why it’s such highly praised. The main character, a heroine addict attempts to become clean, but throughout the movie he continues to relapse and then try to clean himself up again. And this happens about 3 times. It really frustrated me. This movie’s a bit different from what I usually watch so it was a weird experience, and some of the scenes were so trippy and kind of freaking me out. I have mixed feelings about this movie, so no comment.
When Harry Met Sally
Here’s another chick flick that I’ve heard way too much about. It’s one of those ‘classics’ that everyone has to watch soooooo I was disappointed. When the movie ended, I was left thinking, “That’s it?”. I’m not sure if was just me, or my taste but I thought the end was kind of rushed? Like, the whole movie built up to him admitting that he loved her, but then it was just like - speech… the end. Although, I got to experience those famous scenes and I guess that’s all that I got out of watching it.
Oh look another gangster movie. And it’s from Quentin Tarantino - my two favourite things. If you can’t tell with the theme of the monthly movies these past couple of months, I’m going through ‘classics’ and ‘must-watch’ movies. Seeing as I’m in love with QT, it’s one of his more famous ones that I haven’t seen. The movie’s organised in chapters, as are most of his movies with really cool characters and a plot that begins in the midst of the ‘action’ (or lack of action in this case). There’s pretty much only one set for the entire movie but I appreciate how the story progressed throughout the movie. It’s not my favourite QT movie, but I still quite like it. Also not my favourite gangster movie, but I can deal.
Movie that I’ve never heard of, and yet has Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford and . I thought the idea for this movie was pretty well thought out and it’s original. The only thing though is that it takes a while to get started and progresses slowly. This movie got really bad reviews, and I can understand why (some cheesy dialogue here and there, boring) but I think the points that are made can be forgiven because of great acting performances and a good story. Pretty good movie.
And that concludes the last monthly movies post of 2013! Thanks for sticking around and I’ll be back with more movies at the end of January c:
Hiya, hope you had a wonderful Christmas! This year we had a quiet Christmas and just had dinner at a Spanish restaurant. We weren’t up to a big party or anything really special because these past few months have been pretty busy.
bad iPhone front camera quality, sorry!
For the week before Christmas, my parents and I were in Singapore (again) for visa reasons (again). We spent three days and two nights there, so we had a bit more time to do more stuff! The first day was spent shopping on Orchard Road, of course. We didn’t take the camera because it was a bit too heavy and we were just walking around familiar sites that we come back to often so I didn’t see any need for it. Although, the second day we went back to Resorts World Sentosa (as you may recall, we were there last year at Christmas). Instead of Universal Studios we ventured to the S.E.A Aquarium and Underwater world.
The S.E.A Aquarium holds the largest oceanarium in the world, and it is seriously amazing. There are so many types of fish and stingray. The other parts of the aquarium were amazing too, especially the jellyfish area as they were all lit up with neon lights. Before entering the aquarium, there’s also a Maritime museum which you can walk through which has many artefacts from the silk road. Here are the pictures from the S.E.A Aquarium:
walking around RWS
I liked the light reflections on the wall c:
At Underwater world, we went to see the dolphin and sea lion show which I only took videos of (and i’m currently editing those).
Other pictures around Singapore:
So, that’s all for now and I hope you all had a great Christmas!
Hello! It’s been a while
because I’m being so lazy. However, school is finally over for the year and Christmas is in 9 days. I’m literally so excited for Christmas - it’s seriously the best time of the year.
And you know what’s making it even better? Starbucks Christmas drinks. I have an unhealthy love for their hot Gingerbread Lattes it’s unbelievable.
The holidays should give me more time to watch some more movies, because last month was quite pitiful. There are only a couple that I’ll be reviewing today. Although, yesterday I sat through 4 movies in a row, so we’re off to a good start. (Well, not for my health.)
Other exciting things that happened this month, I finally got my birthday present! Despite being 2 months late, it was soo worth it. I asked my parents for a Naked Palette and got the Naked 2!
It’s seriously the best palette ever. All the colours go so well together and blend really nicely with each other.
I’m really proud of this photo because oh my gosh do you see how well it’s focused and gah I love it a lot.
Also, check out them names yo.
While we’re on the topic of makeup, and my birthday - I think I mentioned that Isabelle gave me a giant makeup box? Well, here it is:
So that’s that - thanks Isabelle!
Getting off the topic of makeup, this month my sister came to visit from Australia as it’s the end of her first year at uni! She only stayed for a short period of time because she had also signed up for summer school. During her visit we had to go to Singapore for a day due to visa renewal things.
Here are a few pictures from the day:
Hail thee Sephora
Funny story here actually. In Sephora, I bought a body wash from Soap and Glory because it smelt amazing.
Because we were only in Singapore for the day, we only brought a hand carry-on bag. Only when we arrived at the airport did we remember that you couldn’t bring liquids more than 100ml. It was a $16 bottle of soap so we had to buy 5 100ml bottles and squirt the soap into each bottle so that we could carry it on the plane.
It was painful and they didn’t even let me keep the bottle. Oh well, at least I have a nice smelling soap.
One more thing - I dyed my hair again! First, I died the whole thing a dark brown/purple (burgundy) colour. Then, I got pink highlights. They were originally supposed to be purple highlights, but they turned out pink and I’m completely okay with that. It’s been really hard to get a picture where they’re visible, but whilst I was taking pictures of the makeup I tried and it turned out pretty well!
what do you mean my bed is messy
shhhh just ignore it.
Thanks for sticking around! I hoped you enjoyed this post, and sorry that it’s been so long since I’ve been here. See you next time!
Monthly Movies is below c:
This month’s movies aren’t too eventful because mock exams were last month and they took up most of my time. Let’s start with the most overrated shall we?
Let me get one thing straight. I liked Catching Fire. It was a lot better than the first Hunger Games (because thank god shaky cam is gone). This time, there was a new director who got a lot more things right and stayed truthful to the book (which was still better than the movie of course, lol). On my other blog, I was made a short post after watching the movie and was asked what I didn’t like about it. Here it is:
I didn’t want to type it all out again, so there’s my opinion. Sorry for having one.
This was an intense movie, obviously because of the events that it was based on. I watched this with my parents and the whole time we were silent. It’s very emotionally heavy and we had to watch a comedy movie after it because it was a bit too much. Don Cheadle gave such a great performance in the movie, and I do recommend this movie.
Okay, so last month I said I wanted to watch this movie and I have to say, it was great. Modern effects are great aren’t they? The story remained true and Chloë Moretz did a good job looking as psycho as Carrie should’ve been. All I can say is, slow mo deaths guys. It was wonderful. Just go watch it.
I’ve just realised that the image that I got is in Spanish. Whoops. You get the deal. I love Jack Nicholson as Hannibal. I still prefer Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs over this Hannibal movie but it was still pretty good. I would recommend watching the two others rather than this one :3
American Psycho had such an interesting story. A perfect, high-class man with everything he could possibly need, buuuutttt he’s a psychopath. I really liked everything up to the ending, mostly because I just didn’t understand the ending. It was pretty abrupt and I didn’t get what just happened. If anyone can explain it to me, that’d be cool.
That’s all for this month, see you in another! (Sorry this was really late)
Welcome to November everyone! So now that October is over, it’s time for another monthly movies. This month only has a couple of movies. I think my peak of movie watching is during the summer when I have nothing to do or worry about procrastinating. Alrighty, let’s do it!
So, after hearing a lot of praise for this TV show I decided to attempt to watch it and was completely unimpressed with it after the first 3 episodes. I actually wanted to stop watching after the first episode, but I thought maybe it could redeem itself. I found the main character way too arrogant, so much so that it was cheesy and cringey. The main backstory wasn’t established enough so I just thought this random guy was able to shoot arrows and whoopdy doo right. So yeah, I really didn’t like this show.
And now onto something that I did like! In the spirit of Halloween, and the release of the new modern version that had just premiered, I watched the 1976 version of Carrie. The story was a bit strange at first and I really didn’t know what it was getting at, but it was so worth it because of the ending. No spoilers, but it’s so good. The movie isn’t too long (a lot shorter than I expected actually), and the effects aren’t amazing considering that it was made about 40 years ago. It’s worth watching ^-^
Now Gravity is such a big thing because of its special effects and all, and it really is. The story is pretty crappy to be honest, but just go for the eye entertainment because it really is just pretty. Yeah okay, Sandra Bullock kind of wailed half the time but you would too if you were stuck in space. Not much else to say really - it’s just pretty.
House of Cards
House of Cards was nominated for a lot of awards in the Emmys this year and it was one of the few shows I hadn’t seen yet, so I gave it a try. I’m quite neutral with this show. I’m not too into politics or anything, but it is an interesting drama show. It was a little bit boring for me so I stopped about halfway through its first and only season. The characters are interesting and I appreciate the storyline, although I just don’t think that it’s really my ‘thing’.
I went on a Hannibal movie marathon a few weeks ago, and Red Dragon replaced Silence of the Lambs as being my favourite Hannibal. I thought the story was great and the way that the main character, a detective (played by Edward Norton hdkghjega, Fight Club feels), found out things about the Dragon guy. But yeah, lots of people I liked in this movie - Edward Norton, Anthony Hopkins and Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort)! I think it’s in my top 20 movies or so now.
Crazy Stupid Love
Okay, I had never seen Crazy Stupid Love until now and there are gifs of it every where on tumblr and it’s like a staple chick flick movie that every one has to see. And I agree. It was really good and such a chill movie to watch when you’re bored or something. Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling though<3 Yeah it’s just an overall good movie. Any movie with Emma Stone is good to be honest.
Thor: The Dark World
I watched this in November but shush, I want to rave about it because oh my god I loved it. Loki was my favourite but there were so many good elements in this movie - the villain, Frigga and even Jane Foster wasn’t too useless in this one! So many good things to mention, but by then I would be spoiling everything. It is a really good superhero movie, which isn’t all that rare, but I think this was better than the first Thor - which is rare for sequels.
Cool! That’s October done, and it won’t be too long before Monthly Movies: November edition because these months seem to be passing by way too quickly.
Hi! It’s been a while. I feel like I keep starting off my extremely rare posts like this, and I’m seriously sorry. Let’s start off with the fact that its October! Or, the very end of October really.
Alrighty, so this month: let’s begin with my birthday! This year I finally turned 15. Like, legit I’m one of the last people in the grade to turn 15 but HAH I’m there now.
But soon everyone will be 16 and I’ll be 15 and it’ll be the same thing all over again ugh. The day began with this pleasant message:
So yeah, my friends got me super cool presents, like a t-shirt with a TARGARYEN SIGIL OMG IT’S SO COOL and one of those professional looking makeup boxes that when you open it, there are little drawers that fold out and its super cute and organised. My present from my parents is on its way now because I asked for some sort of eyeshadow palette and I’m getting THE NAKED 2 PALETTE. I’m so excited because the Naked Palette is just so good and oh my god all the reviews say it’s perfect and yeah. I really wanted it and now I’m getting it! AKJGHA. Rightyo, so to celebrate I just went to dinner at Union and that was cool. Here’s a super duper cheesy photo that we took:
In other news, Supernatural came back (!) and American Horror Story: Coven started and now I’m obsessed
And one more update-y kind of thing: I was happy with my makeup today.
What I was actually here to talk about was Halloween! Halloween’s coming up really soon (as is my mum’s birthday) and recently I’ve been looking into different costumes and things, even though I won’t be celebrating the festive day. I like looking, but not actually doing you know what I mean? Anywho, if you’re into celebrating Halloween, I’ve got two ideas for you!
If you’re going for a creepy type costume, I suggest the creepy white lady from the American Horror Story: Asylum adverts -
because yeah, it looks pretty cool and you could easily create the effect of the black dripping from the eyes by using liquid eyeliner!
If I was to actually try and dress up for Halloween, I would definitely dress up as Princess Mononoke from the Studio Ghibli film-
I was searching through Pinterest and I discovered someone who had cosplayed this character and it looks so good!
So yeah other ideas would be the Khaleesi, from Game of Thrones because amazing hair that you can do and the costume might be hard to assemble, but you could probably just search up people who have cosplayed her at Comic-Con or something!
So yeah, hope this kind of helped? and have a Happy Halloween!
Monthly Movies will be up in a couple of days ^-^
September’s coming to a close (finally) and it’s time for a monthly movies summary - disorganised thoughts about the movies that I’ve watched this month!
Can I just say that this is the most creative title for a movie. Okay, so anyways this was actually one of the very few action movies that I tolerate. Halle Berry stars as a 911 call operator who gets a call from a girl that’s just been kidnapped, and basically the entire movie is her trying to save this girl from dying. Now, I’m just saying, but the BAU from Criminal Minds could solve this so much faster than she did. But yeah, I liked the pace of this movie and there weren’t too many boring/quiet parts so overall, pretty good!
Dwayne Johnson is a huge dude. This one’s about a dad, whose son gets been framed and arrested for transporting drugs. The dad tries to catch the guys that have framed him by.. transporting drugs. It’s a whole big mess, but I didn’t really like this movie. I just don’t think it was my taste, but it wasn’t too bad if you like action movies.
Waiting For Superman
This documentary/movie was recommended by Oprah like, 3 years ago. To be completely honest, I found it to be pretty boring because it was basically a guy that was advertising and campaigning how good his school was compared to others. So if you wish to be lectured about horrible schools in the Bronx, this movie is for you.
There was somuch hype for this movie and I went to see it with friends. I was pretty excited to see it but it was kind of a let down. In total there was probably about 3 jumpscares, and only one that legit scared me. Although, I really liked the exorcism scene because whoa that was pretty cool when she was on the roof and that maniacal laughter was just. Yeah, I think it’s kind of worth watching :/
To be honest, with Oblivion I wasn’t exactly paying attention because well, it’s just another Tom Cruise movie right?
The Great Gatsby
This movie. Just omg the costumes were so perfect and I really loved it overall, except the cinematography. I swear to god, I just could not. The camera would just keep moving, even when they were talking and just - no. Camera, pls stay still. Other than that, everything was so so good ^_^
Orange is the New Black
Woo, started this new Netflix show, and I quite like it. Essentially, it’s about this woman who goes to jail for carrying drugs for her then girlfriend. In jail, she meets all of these other women who have their own separate stories and unique personalities. Different occurrences happen and they all have to deal with the consequences and such. I do like it because it’s something different, although the characters are kind of bitchy and I wasn’t to certain of it when I started. However, by the end of the season, I did come to like it, and I do recommend it!
Cool, so that’s all of them and I’ll see you next month for more movies ~ uwu
All day I’ve been trying to figure out what I should post here, because I haven’t posted in a long time, and I was thinking that I should do something different, and you know - organised (like my makeup tutorial). However, today is Saturday and I’m completely out of it so I’m just going to word vomit all over this place.
Since the last time you’ve been on this blog, it would’ve probably looked different. I’ve completely redone this blog - new theme, new categories and a new url. You can still access this blog by typing in ‘sirwelcometothegrave.tumblr.com’, or my new url ‘jojobean.co.vu’.
The new theme is a little bit of a change - I grew tired of the other pink one, and woo the sidebar images flip over and stuff. It’s pretty cool. The credit to the theme maker is in the lower right corner, so if you have a tumblr, you should go check out her themes because they are awesome.
Right then, so let’s begin the word vomit. It’s September 2013 already. And, I’ve just realised that I missed my one year anniversary for this blog (1st September). Well that is just brilliant, but hey - I still have this blog and I’m still trying to keep it going. So okay, 1 YEAR (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧
My birthday is in 10 days, how exciting! I’ll be one of the last people in the year turning 15, some people are even turning 16. I’m like, the baby of the year.
The last month or so has been pretty hectic, and I really don’t enjoy being stressed, resulting in me procrastinating everything. Although I have been trying harder to finish assignments and homework and such, I’m still not doing much better than last year - something that I had promised I would try to do. There is so much more work this year and stuff to remember my brain hurts. Also, classes this year are absolutely horrible. Well, for me anyways. I’m quite sure that I don’t ever have a class that I look forward to going to.
For starters, my old business teacher (who was literally the best teacher ever, jesus christ please come back) left and has been replaced by a boring and dull teacher that I can’t stand. We spent 6 lessons learning about break even point, which is one of the simplest things to understand, to be honest.
Or maybe it’s just that my business class is full of idiots and can’t even grasp a simple concept. We actually learnt break even point last year, so we were supposed already know what it was, and now we’re doing more finance stuff, and I really have no idea what the hell he’s going on about in class. I’m so confused and he doesn’t explain anything well. I’m going to fail this exam.
However, there is one beacon of hope - biology class. Again, our old teacher left, new one came in but this teacher, dear god. HER NOTES ARE GLORIOUS. She takes notes like I do - colour coding and indented paragraphs and jesus christ she’s so neat and I love it. In the very few lessons that we’ve had, I’ve learnt more than in all of year 10. I’m fo reals here.
Those are my main complaints/compliments about classes this year - everything else is just boring and I wish to shoot myself every lesson.
Also on the agenda is choosing IB subjects! We have to decide the classes that most fit what kind of course we want to take in university. Now, who the hell has decided what career they want. Besides some completely driven students that have already planned out their lives (or their parents have planned it for them), no body knows what they want to do when they’re older. I’m so confused and I have no idea what subjects I want to take, or which ones I want to take at a standard or higher level. I have no idea.
Can you feel my stress. It’s like it’s radiating through this post I swear. Basically, what I’m trying to say, is that I hate school and I have no idea what I want to do in life. My mind is going to implode.
Hmm, let’s see other things to rant about. I’ll give you options, depending on what you want to read about:
So click on one (or more if you wish) of those links to read about whatever I have to say about it. Essentially - you have to read about my school woes, but you have the choice to read about the other 5.
Oh hey, it’s been a while. Since my last post, I have started school and YEAR 11. It sounds so intimidating and teachers never fail to remind us that our exams are coming up in two terms and that we have LOTS of homework and studying to do. Thanks, teachers.
It’s almost the end of the first ‘full’ week - we started on Wednesday of last week - and I’m already so tired, like you wouldn’t believe. I’ve been going at 10PM each night almost. If I was fully functional, I’d be laughing because that is just pitiful. Where is the night blogging spirit?
The reason I’m posting this is because I’m actually planning something really big. For now, it’s a secret because I’ve only barely started planning everything and I don’t think I’m anywhere near starting to actually do anything. This ‘project’ may be done in a few months. The fact that it may take forever to do this kind of upsets me but I’m SO excited nonetheless. So yeah, don’t expect any news of the project being finished anytime soon, but hey, I’m just notifying you!
I may be super busy and may not be able to update here as often as I would like - I feel like I should actually try this year - so I’m really sorry! However, I’ve decided to make the movie update thingo a monthly thing, posting a similar sort of list/review type shindig like my previous post, so look forward to that at the end of each month!
